ROLE:
- Lead a fully scaled marketing plan including digital advertising, email marketing, text marketing, sales funnel building, organic social media growth, SEO, client nurture and more from strategic planning to execution for both customer facing and business facing sides of the business
- Lead implementation of partner acquisition strategies, tactics, and develop sales plays designed to capture market share, develop new customer relationships, and generate incremental business that exceeds sales goals
- Oversee day to day execution of marketing initiatives as well as continually optimize the strategy and deploy new strategies when necessary
- Oversee partner acquisition pipeline management, deal progression, negotiations and develop productivity KPIs to grow pipeline, improve closing rates, increase deal size, and manage margin
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and goal setting
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer to appropriately plan and execute marketing campaigns related to campaigns and promotions for both business facing and customer facing sides of the business
- Identify opportunities for optimization in the customer journey and champion changes to facilitate growth channels through new products or services
- Identify business development opportunities; expand offerings into existing clients and identify prospects by having a high level of understanding of customers' business strategy and their requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the digital marketing, digital media, and/or design industries, preferably with experience in growing subscription-based products and/or marketplaces
- Experience in selling digital products and/or services and marketing or design services a must
- Is a self-starter that is motivated, passionate, and results-focused, you like to win
- Has proven ability to lead, recruit, train and retain a high-performance team members
- A strong eye for business and willingness to do what is necessary to get things done
- Has a proven track record in solution selling in a business to business environment. Ability to gain access, communicate, and influence executive-level decision makers at large brands and enterprises
- Has a proven track record of driving market share growth, demonstrated over a sustained period of time
- Has proven experience of working in a matrix environment and delivering strong results
- Has proven experience in building and strengthening relationships as well as changing client perceptions
- Has the ability to address escalations and resolve problems based on a data-driven approach, as well as listening and understanding of customer's needs
HOURS: M-F 8:30 - 5:30 PM EST (Flexibility Offered)
SALARY: $80,000 - $100,000
